Here's a THANK YOU to Ms Kirsten Dale. She was our Naturalist on 3 different trips we took back in June 2011. She was FUN, she was INFORMATIVE, she was GREAT with ALL the people aboard. She is one of the reasons we chose San Juan Safaris -- and CHOSE to come back for two more cruises in the same week. It was a great experience. We hope she has a GREAT off-season and that she returns year after year. If she has left the island already -- please pass this along to her. THANKS SAN JUAN SAFARIS -- YOU ARE THE BEST CREW, BEST BOAT -- BEST WAY TO SEE THE ORCAS !!

Laura and Captain Craig-- we were on that trip... we can't thank you enough for a truly memorable evening. As you wrote, watching the whales in dead silence as we drifted with the engines off, on flat water, was about as good as it gets. Let me also echo the advice in your brochure ( or somebody's brochure) not to get so caught up in trying to take pictures that you miss the complete experience----I took some OK snapshots, and I'm glad I did, but they could never capture the light and the quiet as you described it. I can picture in my mind everything that you described.

My husband and I were blessed to book a tour on this picture perfect day, and we will remember it for the rest of our lives! We especially thrilled at seeing the young orca swimming along side what we thought was likely it's mother...Were we right? Do you know which whales those two were? Fingers crossed!

Thank you again for the trip of a lifetime and thanks to the heavens for a perfect day! Long live the whales, and San Juan Safaris, what a great outfit you all run! See you next time....
