Cancelation Policy for Whale Watching Tours
A 1-4 people
B 5-9 people
C 10 or more
This policy is in place in order to ensure that the space you reserve will be there for you. Because we will be holding those seats for you and turning away other business, we will be adhereing to this policy.
Please note that since we only take small sized tour that 5 people could be up to 1/2 of a tour. If you cancel inside the time, or do not show up, we cannot refund.
Which means...
A 1-4 people is 48 hours. You must cancel 48 hours prior to your trip. If you cancel inside of the 48 hours or do not show, no money will be refunded.
B 5-9 people requires a full 14 days prior to the trip. If you are booking this and are inside of tthat 14 day period, you will not recieve a refund.
C 10 or more people needs to be canceled a full 30 days prior to the trip. If the booking is canceled inside the 30 days, no refund will be given.
Check In Times:
Check in is 30 minutes prior to each trip. A person could be considered a “ no show “ and their seats resold if they have not checked in 30 minutes prior to departure.
