How To Reserve a Private Boat Charter
All Charters require a non refundable 50% deposit, at time of reservation.
The full non-refundable payment for a charter is due 30 days prior to departure date.
Charters made less than 30 days from departures require full, non-refundable payment.
If the booking is canceled less than 30 days prior to tour, no refund will be given.
No show's will not be refunded.
At the time of booking, there is a contract that will be sent to you
to be signed and returned for all charter boat reservations.
The above policy is in place to protect your space and to assure that you are accommodated on a first come basis. Once the above policy is implemented, we will be turning other business away in order to hold the space for you.
